Dan Brown Jr. is an incredibly respected and highly awarded creative powerhouse, with 23 Emmy® nominations and 24 Emmy® wins to his name. A seasoned performer with deep roots in rock, he has served as the lead guitarist for premier tribute acts spanning Journey, Mötley Crüe, Tom Petty, Joe Satriani, and various ‘80s hard rock and hair metal showcases.

Now stepping into his role as lead guitarist for Satch Van Hagar (SVH), Dan also serves as the band’s musical director—shaping the sound, feel, and energy of every performance. Known for his precision, tone, and command of the stage, he brings decades of experience and authenticity to the music that defined a generation.

A passionate collector of over 100 high-end guitars, many of his prized instruments make their way onto the SVH stage—each one chosen to capture the spirit and detail of the artists he honors.
